On my last visit, the cashier told me that to avoid waiting for the shish kebabs to cook, I should call ahead to have them prepared.Today I phone, and Ms José who answered hastens to tell me that she won 't take my order as the restaurant is empty and it will only take me 2 minutes to prepare, and she hangs up on me (our calls are recorded! .Once at the restaurant, the manager says that my plate will take 15 minutes to prepare. Dogs in the car, no time to wait.POOR SERVICE FROM MRS JOSÉ!No wonder your restaurant is empty....The manager apologized for José 's actions while Madame smiled from afar!Off to the Boustan!
