Excellent restaurant that offers homemade dishes. The patate is at the rendezvous and will rediscover the good taste of the French potato. The staff is extremely kind to their clients. We were raised by a dinner aperitif that we later added an excellent raclette, neither in excess or in lack. I went back to childhood with a potato melting in the mouth, a fresh charcuterie accompanied by onions confits and a salad made with its sauce. The raclette was succulent. In dessert, I tasted delicious cans, accompanied by a homemade whipple and vanilla ice cream. I would gladly recommend this restaurant. I can't believe this restaurant isn't rated higher here. It might not be fine dining, but for a relatively low price they give you a platter full of most delicious potato-related things. My dish contained a baked potato filled with roquefort, another one with spiced butter, vegetable soup with grated cheese and croutons, a huge duck-potato-mushroom-cheese -gratin and salad with mayonnaise and duck slices. The cider we took with the food was also splendid. We simply had to return here the next day too. That's the best recommendation you can get.
Went to this restaurant on our last day in Brittany, before going back home. A real surprise among all the restaurants we did go in our 10 day trip to Brittany/Normandy Carole (waitress and manager) being so nice to the "lost couple" that arrived last minute without reservation and not speaking frenchA "Must visit" for dinner if you are in Brest or spending a day in the city and want to get some Northern French Cuisine meal in good ambiance, best quality/price relation and better service
