An Nam Vietnamese Grill

I was not familiar with vietnamese food, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I live under a mile from the restaurant and the fragrance of my meal in the takeout bag on the way home was a hint that I would not be disappointed. I had the summer rolls and the teriyaki beef rice bowl. Summer rolls were light and refreshing, bursting with flavors of mint and cilantro paired with a tangy peanut butter sauce. I was impressed and then pleasantly surprised that my main course was even more enjoyable than the appetizer. My husband and I enjoyed our first meal here tonight and look forward to our next visit. I had the shrimp bahn mi and he had the beef bahn mi. We shared an order of the shrimp summer rolls and I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee. From the first step in being warmly greeted, to having our food freshly prepared and delivered to our table, we were very impressed with the service for a fast casual restaurant. Their limited menu allows them to focus on preparing items fresh to order and keeping their focus on delivering quality. I am so excited that there is finally a great Vietnamese restaurant in the Marlboro area! My friend and I got the chicken ban mi and a pork ban mi to go. They were both excellent and oozing with flavors. We also got their spicy chicken wings, and they were fabulous as well. I will be going there more often for sure and I highly recommend An Nam Vietnamese Grill!
