My husband and I visited London for a mini vacation this weekend. First stop was Plant Matter Kitchen in Wortley Village. Amazing! During that visit we ordered the Anderson Cream Ale and fell in love. The owner of the restaurant gave us the lowdown on the local craft brewery and we made the commitment then and there to visit it immediately (after shopping is what I meant...lol) We did arrive at this funky location hours later and found a beautiful sight - food truck! We ordered fries, which the truckies offered to deliver to us inside and headed in. Great little location with a small bar and a nice area upstairs with picnic tables to enjoy our 'flight'. Really, really great beer and we enjoyed a great conversation with some of the other patrons. After picking up a couple of six packs to go, we headed out but we'll definitely be back!

I stopped by here on the last Saturday of February for the first time. The brewery is a busy spot (well during our visit) and the lineup was continual for growler refills, cans, flights and pints. They were very efficient at filling all orders. My wife and I each had a flight of 4 of their beers and a pint all of which were very good! They had just tapped a cask of smore brown ale (?) that was pretty tasty as well. There is ample seating at the bar as well as the space upstairs. We chose to sit at the bar to enjoy our beverages. A good spot with a nice atmosphere. I look forward to stopping in again next time we're in London.

London Ontario's newest craft brewery, Anderson Craft Ales, is open. They are a family owned and operated brewery proudly brewing out of London, Ontario. While the selection is small the beer is great, along with the staff. The upstairs is great for small social gatherings. It has only been open for a short time period, but already has a strong following.

We stopped by to to fill up my growler that I had been gifted and ended up staying for a couple of flights. Great little brewery in the heart of London's up and coming east end. And the beer is awesome and local.
