I believe it was a big mistake to change the menu. Many regular customers have stopped coming because the food quality has significantly declined. Curtis is usually the only server at the bar, and he does a commendable job managing everything on his own. Kristi and Curtis have been there for a long time and definitely deserve a nice raise if they haven’t had one recently. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing back the old menu; it would likely help improve your profits. The current food is unfortunately both expensive and not very good. They even charge for soda refills! I wouldn't recommend dining here, but if you're a bingo fan, you'll have a great time—the bingo staff is excellent!
The place is great but the customer service sucks. They cannot handle the heat/pressure of being busy at all. Stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes cause I get it’s busy but for not even one employee to acknowledge that you are standing there waiting to place an order and then when you ask them and don’t even help and just says someone will be with you momentarily. Definitely don’t order anything from them when it is a “busy” day.
Absolutely terrible experience. If we wanted any kind of beverage, even water. We had to wait in line at the bar. The line was a minimum of 30 minutes, so you waste your time that you paid bowling. I don’t even want to mention the hell we went through just to get a refill.Oh, and to start the experience we had a reservation for 6:30 and didn’t begin until 7:15
Clean facility. Disco lights after 7pm should be for disco goers, not our family. These lights shine in your eyes. Food has improved from months earlier. Good staff. Expect close to $200 for party of 7 which includes shoes but not food. Soft drinks served in glass- charge $4 per soft drink. Will go again if we can save up the money.

The adapted bowling is amazing to watch. The bowling coach “spider-man” is really good with the kids. He makes them laugh, cheers them on, and even shows him his bowling tricks. I enjoy coming to Andover Lanes Wednesday nights with my friends to cheer on my little cousin!
Not good service. I got my food before my drink. The food took about 20 minutes. Pretty good time. But my drink arrived 10 minutes after my food,
Worst menu change ever. Used to be great food. Ordered the Mississippi Melt, described as piled high with ham... 2 thin slices. So disappointing.
Arrived early and they were able to get me in earlier with no problem. Very clean place. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great job.

Food is hit and miss, odd they charge 2 bucks for refills. waitress help could be better. Mainly come here to play bingo.
Kind, efficient, and kind service. The pizza and Boneless Buffalo Wings were great.
