The food had previously been inconsistent to say the least (over cooked, under cooked, sloppily thrown together), and usually just not very good tasting in general. Food is always one of the above: over cooked, under cooked, or extremely sloppily put together (we live nearby which is the ONLY reason we order from them when we do, but after LAST WEEK, we will NEVER order from them again). As of a week ago, they have an extremely RUDE girl answering the phone and taking orders. She was so rude, in fact, that I told her that because of her rudeness, I would order from a restaurant further away and get better food. Service excellent, food very good. A little dark inside, could use some better lighting, but overall a nice place for a quick meal. Parking: Parking lot is a hot mess. Full of potholes and crazy parking g angles. This is the fault of the mall owners, not the restaurant. I can only truly speak for their pizza! Because that’s all I’ve ever had! This place is 35 min away from home! I can pick it up and still have it hot when I arrive! This is the absolute best pizza in Ct! It’s actually magical it’s unexplainable and magical!!! It’s absolutely well worth the ride every single time! I love u guys please never stop making the best pizza in the world!!! Andover pizza has definitely improved a lot over the past few years about 5 years ago Andover pizza was terrible but that is not the case anymore personally I love the chicken wings and pizza the staff is also very good the food was ready on time and just overall this place is just excellent.I Would Definitely Recommend! I love this spot! It's close buy and has a large menu selection. I have a tendency to always go on the same day and the woman working the counter, Sky, is amazing. Knows the menu and can make suggestions based on your preferences. she is a wonderful waitress and can manage the busy phones and tables all at once! I always have a good time here!
