"I ran into a local that told me about this place. He was not lying, legit. The gentleman that met me at the stairs was wearing German attire and so were all the staff. The service was great and fun. The schnitzel was amazing. I heard rumor that the owners are German and so is the chef. After eating here, I believe all of that. Can't wait to go back."

I recommend this place. Price 4/5 Food5/5 Service 5/5 Place 5/5 This place gives you the Bavarian if you are looking for it. It definitely lives up to the hype, especially if you were not in the Bavarian country. I especially enjoy pork and chicken carving. Yes, it seems to be too expensive for what you get, but all these days it is much more pricier and you get not only food, but also the experience as a local and traditional German guy. The service was great and the food as I mentioned earlier. For two chicken carvings and a big pig meat we paid about $130 plus tax.

Beautiful, cozy restaurant that makes you feel un Germany. It is in a basement level, so you have that with regard to accessibility. We were very happy to get a table right away, but better reserve or with enough time to wait. We have a sausage sampler and half a chicken and it was enough for 3 people (not recommended for 3 men, although it cannot be enough). The overall taste was very good for everything, including a strudel that we got to dessert. It's not as sweet as anyone I've tried, but it's a plus for me.

The Thanksgiving dinner was good, but I would recommend one of their special sharing plates. Everything came out immediately, apps, soup, salad, meal that wasn't great. The hot cedar was good, pretty sweet. The salad and the house made dressing were simple and delicious. The special butternut quash soup was great. We'll share a small pulp, great for 2... get the cheese. We loved the special Thanksgiving Dessert. Service was good. The atmosphere was great. Cheese

I was told this is the place for German food. It's definitely! We drove the winter season there. The line is crazy. If you plan to eat before 8, come in the waiting list at 1:00. They are super busy, but the atmosphere is amazing. All servers are coughing and busy, but they are still super friendly and do a great job. The food was delicious. We have the Schnitzel Cordon Bleu. It was amazing. Next to the Apple Strudel. Definitely try to save space for it.
