Terrible service 09/03/23 table 4 people I tell the guy I ask at the bar or they come to the table. He tells me they come to the table 20 m waiting... I call him and he tells me I'm coming now. To the guy at the bar. The waiter comes by and I call him. He looks at me and walks past me. I raise my hand. He looks at me again and walks past. In the end, I get up and leave without eating or drinking anything. Thank you for the magnificent service. There was nothing to all of this. a lot of people and a person who has dedicated 5 years to the hospitality industry tells you

WE ARE FANS OF ANDREU DE L'ILLA DIAGONAL AND THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME. It's a shame that a company like this, well known in Barcelona, with good products, has such rude customer service in this establishment. Disrespectful staff, edge and unwilling to work. We got up and went to the second inappropriate comment from one of the waiters. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
