We absolutely love Andy's! We usually find ourselves here for lunch. Recently, we visited for the first time in a while, and it was tough to decide what to eat! I jokingly told January to bring me one of everything! While that didn't quite happen, we ended up with a fantastic spread and some wonderful leftovers. No visit is complete without a cup of chowder! In November, I noticed Smoked Salmon Chowder on the Specials menu. Although we were there at the end of October, you can bet I'll be trying that on our next visit. The food was exceptional, earning a solid five stars across the board. I particularly enjoyed the clams, fried options, and the delightful oyster stew. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly, which added to the overall experience. The atmosphere was also inviting and pleasant, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We decided to give the place another chance and I personally ordered the halibut street tacos without hot sauce. Unfortunately, I received shrimp tacos with hot sauce instead. Eventually, I did get my correct order. When we spoke with our server about our previous experience, they mentioned that there are new managers and training programs in place. Our friend said he would talk to Andy right away in hopes of addressing the issues. Fingers crossed it helps!

It's been way to long since I've eaten here. Great fish and chips! Best clam chowder ever!! Don't forget the root beer. Since I'm only in the area this time of year, I'll be dreaming of it for a year. Bummed that the ciopinno was the price is was and only had one scallop and 2 mussles. Otherwise just a ton of low grade cod in a tomato sauce. This was a great spot I stopped at with my friend. We had the gumbo and the cod and prawn tacos! Went for a little walk along the river after we ate and walked around to check out the shops. The food was outstanding—quickly served and piping hot. For a dine-in lunch, the price per person was around $10 to $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 4. I highly recommend trying the fish!
