This was my first visit to this restaurant, which coincided with a school donation event. While everyone in line had positive feedback about the food, my child particularly enjoyed the shake we ordered. Unfortunately, I have to give this experience three stars due to poor event management. There was a long line of walk-up customers, but only one service window was open, resulting in wait times exceeding 30 minutes. Some friends who were with us chose to leave because of the delays. Given that the event had been planned weeks in advance, I expected better preparation. This experience left a negative impression despite the good reviews about the products. Hopefully, it will be better next time...
There are plenty of options to choose from, so you'll definitely be spoiled for choice. One of the best things about this place is the hours; it's open until 11 PM, making it a great spot to end your day with a scoop of ice cream. I've heard rave reviews from many people about the delicious offerings here, but I must say, it didn't completely blow my mind. The taste is quite good, but overall, the base flavor seems to be pretty similar across all the varieties. I've tried at least 4 or 5 different flavors, and after the first few scoops, they all start to taste alike. Overall, it's decent, but I would personally prefer a handmade ice cream shop over this one.
The brownie was the most unbelievably soft and delicious brownie I've ever tasted! My stuffed moose and I went out for an ice cream date, and I ordered the brownie sundae topped with pecans and a drizzle. Even though I'm not usually a fan of brownies or sundaes, I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be returning with friends! The service was quick and friendly too, although they don't accept Google Pay.
This is my second time visiting this place since Saturday, and I absolutely love it! The menu offers a great variety without being overwhelming. I really appreciate the setup of the building, allowing you to either walk up to order or use the drive-thru. As always, the customer service is simply fantastic!

The staff here is quite rude. While the ice cream is decent, it's really not worth the hassle of interacting with the employees. If you can, avoid this place. There are plenty of other spots in the area with much better ice cream and friendlier service.
Listen up! If you haven't visited this place yet, you're really missing out! The custard is simply amazing—it tastes just like ice cream rather than traditional custard! This has been our favorite spot for a sweet treat all summer long!
I’m accustomed to Goodberry’s, but my first experience with Andy's Concrete was overwhelmingly sweet—I could only manage a few bites. Unfortunately, it includes sugar, corn syrup, and sucrose. I won’t be returning!
The staff was rude. While the ice cream is good, it's not worth putting up with the unpleasant service. I suggest avoiding this place if you can.

When we arrived, we found out that they were closed. The staff had a bad attitude, which reflects poorly on the business. I am not satisfied!
We tried the Peach Dream Concrete, and it was delicious! I highly recommend this place for the best frozen custard in Morrisville.
