At one point, a female employee called out three times for an order of the same chocolate treat, but no one came forward to claim it, so the staff ended up putting it in the freezer. Meanwhile, everyone who ordered before me had received their items and left. I noticed other customers also questioning their orders, as the employee kept announcing names in a chaotic manner, almost like a scene from a meat market, while others were holding concrete and other treats, making it difficult for me to verify my own order since no receipts were distributed.

I have had frozen custard at Culver's in several locations. It's OK, kinda like a little more richly flavored ice cream. Last week, a friend and I went to Andy's. We each had chocolate and vanilla. Holy Cow, this custard is head and shoulders above any other in the area! Those 2 flavors are so different from one another the perfect smooth creamy vanilla and the perfect rich deep chocolate! Tough to stay on a diet with this amazing treat close by, LOL!
This restaurant is fantastic! The trees are beautiful, and the service is outstanding. We always look forward to visiting Andy's after special occasions. Recently, we came with two families and ordered nine desserts. The order was delivered quickly, and everything was just perfect. Honestly, this place is amazing!
Came thru drive thru on a late run around 8pm a little busy, I have too say for the young lady named Nicole very helpful, polite, and patient with everyone for the weather conditions were having. Thank you for great service, and for the manager thank you also keep up the good work.

Best ice cream place in the area. You always find something delicious with their creative inventive ice cream creation. In the summer be prepared for the lines are long both for walk up and car drive up. But believe me this will be well worth the wait.
This is the best ice cream/airfield spot around! The lines can get a bit long during peak times, but it's definitely worth the wait. The staff is consistently excellent and friendly.
Well, if your looking for some good ole fashion ice cream, Andy's is the place.I recommend the butter pecan concrete, it has a twist of butterscotch. one of my favs.
Delicious pumpkin concrete where they take vanilla custard and blend in a whole piece of pumpkin pie (crust and all) into the frozen custard. Yummmm
