Angel Food Bakery Coffee

I would consider myself to be a donut connoisseur and these are some of the best I’ve tried in the twin cities. They are all unique and flavorful. I haven’t had a bad one yet. My favorite was the raspberry chocolate chip. Our coffees were also perfect the best “real” macchiato I’ve had in a while. The barista was lamenting that a lot of people complain because theirs isn’t the same as Starbucks’s, but I enjoyed it. Can’t wait to come back in the summer for Frio Frio!

This review focuses more on the space I love. It is rare to get you a large bakery with high quality coffee and a stay a while coffee shop Vibe. Angel Essen has both. It is a great place to meet friends, work remote (good Wi-Fi! bakery goods pick up and drink coffee. The Donuts are amazing?. Coffee is really good. Top five coffee shops in cities for me.

Came by and picked up a few donuts. They also have a full on ice cream bar. However, it was not open, so I am thinking it may be a seasonal part of there store they open. Parking: they have a parking lot with plenty of parking.

The donuts and cookies were awesome! A friendly little coffee and dessert shop worth visiting!
