I'm not sure what to think about this place. I was in town to meet a friend for lunch and we decided to give this a shot. It is an older place with friendly staff, and ok food. I had lasagna, it was not bad, but far from anything to write home about. In their defense, they still maybe one of the better choices around, as the pickings are slim. Food service was great... Classic old-school Italian in Detroit. This restaurant has been around since the 1950s, which is definitely a plus. You can enjoy Dean Martin tunes and traditional dishes. While there's nothing overly surprising on the menu, it delivers a reliable and enjoyable experience.
