Absolutely one of the best dining experiences ever. The food was superb, our server not only treated us like regulars (we're not) but made excellent food suggestions. The entire experience starting with parking until we left the restaurant was five star. We started with some seafood and our server put all our apps in a chilled dish filled with crushed ice that we all could share. That was exactly what we wanted and the presentation of this was superb. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. One of the best things at Prime is their backlit menus. Overall very disappointing. music too loud Waite staff brought dinner out while we were finishing salad. Waite staff reached across the table, over my us and ti retrieve my salad plate , while we were eating we sent back the back bass, as there was no taste to it. no manager came over to see what happened Wonât be back for a very long time
Truthfully- we had excellent service and we enjoyed the ambiance however it was overpriced. I mean there is expensive but the prices were insane. As I looked at my plate I couldnât help but think that this plate was about times the price of other nice places ? It was good but the prices are crazy

Service per usual was outstanding. The food wasnât up to the usual Prime standard. Filet was over seasoned and there was barely any lobster in the lobster Mac and cheese. Prime has a high standard to live up to, they usually do but not this time.
My husband is hard to please, so when he says he loves Prime, its a winner! Great food, it a worth it! Service is excellent- huge props to Mark for making my husband's so awesome. We will be returning very soon!
