Nice dressing but a free too many chopped black olives which are a bit out of place. I had the Chicken ala Crema. The chicken is tenderized and falls apart under a very thick sauce. Mushrooms were not overcooked which was nice. It's a take on Marsala but the cream gets in the way. So much sauce. Good flavors but it was hard to taste anything but the sauce. We went here after being told hour long wait at several other nearby restaurants and ultimately I'm so glad we ended up here! We love family owned vibes and glad for that bc we even got to meet the owner! The food was absolutely fantastic. I got the ravioli and it was some of the best sauce I've ever had. Very tomato based! The salad was excellent as well. I do recommend getting a dip for the bread bc without one, it was pretty plain (still very good though). Owner usees the best tomatoes and the best mozzarella available on the comercial market. Top notch eggplant parmesan layered with ricotta. Pizza would be awesome but the crust is terrible I suspect frozen pizza shells and then proofed in house. Only in Indiana would an Italian restaurant get away with that. Pizza was disappointing.
