Our local Pita Pockets uses Angel's bakery pita and it is the best pita I've ever had. He sells large orders with falafel by the twenty count and pita by the five count. A separate order of baba ganoush and our own lettuce and tomato (with hot peppers thrown in) make for several meals. Plus the pita is to die for! Angel's pita makes the meal!

Delicious pita. I get them at Whole Foods. They keep well on the counter (keep tightly wrapped) or in the freezer. If frozen I pop them in the toaster and they’re good as new. They’re thick, soft, sweet and delicious.I commend the folks making them. They’re that good.
