Angry Crab Shack Goodyear

The food here was good! Friendly wait staff and attentive. Below is a picture of their fried calamari. I still rated the restaurant 5 stars because price point and food were great except the calamari. I couldn 't recommend it, but I 'm also visiting from out of state and on the East coast...this is not calamari. This seemed to be some form of chopped up formed sticks of what could be calamari. Super over cooked and rubbery, there was also no discernable ring coming from the body it should have been cut from. The breading wouldn 't peel off or separate from the calamari either. I very well could just be used to East Coast seafood and this might be perfect to locals, that is why they still get 5 stars!

Love the food and the drinks, we had a great time! We asked for the wings special that gave some of the profits to a good cause,but didn't happen they said they didn't have that deal anymore..knowing that it ended the last day of July... had someone join us for dinner and they sure enough charged me 18 Gratuity. Lol ? I always do at least 22 ... Foods is great !! Service is awesome. But they should honor their promotions. I love the big red font stamp!! Lol ? !!!

Spent $166 on the worst seafood boil. We got 3 seafood boil bags with snow crabs in there and they we were given the seasoning we asked but the crabs were boiled with only water and no butter which gives it an ear wax flavor to them with spice. I have never been so willing to throw away all our food because of how nasty it tasted. I will go back to the original crab boil place in Mesa vs Angry Crab.

Love this place. Even though it's a bit expensive it's okay, its worth it. My 12 year old wanted her bday dinner there and she had a great time. Our waiter martin was on point for the party of 7 we had with a baby.
