All basic dishes are vegan. You can then choose to add meat, fish, tofu or vegan meat (which, to be fair, is a bit overpriced, because it was just some dried-soaked soy stuff) or eat it as is. But it's a pretty awesome and inclusive concept we thought, would totally deserve 5 stars. Atmosphere was great too: When bringing up our food, the cook asked whether we were vegan and said that he was too We had rice with a peanut sauce and tofu and it was divine! Very generous portions too. Highly recommended!
At Ankhang Quan you can choose every single dish on the menu as everything is vegan (tofu, vegan meat and normal meat can be ordered as topping) which is unusual in a veg-friendly place. The owner is a vegan himself and intends to further gradually reduce the offer of meat. He is such a sweet guy! The food tastes excellent and the portion size of the main course is generous. The restaurant is absolutely recommendable and worth supporting.

I have always ordered myself without such a topping and it was always really good. the last is small and you get to eat quite quickly. the dishes made of solid metal, in which the food is served, are very decorative, but also very hot, so they look!
super friendly service, fast eating and tastefully everything tip-top! have now tried almost every dish and it was all delicious! the dishes are all vegan in the round, they can add tofu (or even animal products) I am always thrilled!
