This restaurant has seriously declined in quality over the past few years. It is the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever visited, and I am unsure if they even have a manager due to how poorly run it is. The staff is very incompetent, as they often do not understand orders due to a lack of English proficiency. The lines are long and move very slowly. Ordering takeout is not recommended, as it is never ready on time and you will have to wait at least 30 minutes past your pick-up time to have a chance at getting your food without a long wait. This restaurant tarnishes Anna's reputation.
Came to pick up a delivery at 1145 The customer placed the order at 1115. The ticket for the order was sitting in the machine still No one had even looked at it yet. Unacceptable. Customer was upset. Me as a driver was upset at the time wasted. You need to have more employees focused on delivery orders.
This place is awful. The last 3 times I ordered from here my quesadillas fell apart as soon as I started unwrapping. Always awful lines... I cannot believe I am saying this but I would prob prefer tango mango to this Annas at this point
I ordered a delivery of a carnitas with rice and beans burrito and instead I got a chile verde burrito with rice, beans, sour cream and corn they did give me another burrito for free but I found some hair in it gross

I have never been disappointed with the food at this restaurant! I have been going to different locations for years, and the food is always served hot, fresh, and consistently delicious.
I ordered a rice bowl with carnitas and vegetables. It was decent, but not as good as it used to be. The service was a bit slow, although there was no line when I arrived.
Definitely got a horrible case of food poisoning from my burrito here. I got the chipotle chicken, and as you can see in the picture, the chicken is very pink.

Good food I love the burritos. Maybe don’t eat there and sometimes they put all the sour cream at the very end of the burrito but like we take what we can get
Fast and good prices and amazing food this is the best Mexican food in New England.
