The customer service was disappointing. I ordered two burritos, and when I asked for the first one, a young female staff member questioned if that was all I wanted. I needed to check with my partner about adding salsa, but before I could even ask, she raised her voice and demanded to know if that was my final order. It felt as though she was yelling at me, which was extremely rude and impatient, especially since I only took a moment to turn to my partner. This incident occurred on a Monday night around 9 PM. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant.
Went to this Anna’s yesterday. Ordered quesadillas because we were going to an event and needed some thing quick. We were super disappointed. The only thing warm in the quesadillas was the shell and sliced cheese ? she put in it. Imagine cold vegetables inside that? Not good at all. I asked her to put the vegetables inside prior to heating up and she said they don’t do it that way. ?? Won’t be going back. And to boot, she rolled it like a burrito. Seeing this transpire in front of my eyes at the counter, I don’t even know why I paid and ate it. ??
I love me some Chipotle, but I have to hand it to Anna's Taqueria, especially this location, for being the very best Mexican place with multiple locations in the area. The burritos, tacos, and quesadillas always taste super fresh and flavorful, especially the juicy steak, with good portions as well. I believe they use pretty organic ingredients all around. It's a good place to eat at or get take out, as you just pick out what you want and pay there at the counter. Highly recommended!
Anna’s used to be great. I have been an Anna’s customer for over a decade but this location has gone downhill. I would always get corn on my burrito if it was available and the last time I went I asked for corn and the guy said no and would not accommodate (I could see the corn. I would have even paid extra but this guy shut me down. I doubt I’ll even go back such a simple request. If I do go back to Anna’s it won’t be the Brookline location.

I actually don't like this burrito chain. I will eat it, because I love steak, but I hardly ever go to Anna's. This place is really slow. If there's a line, be prepared to wait a while. I used to come here somewhat frequently whe I first moved to the area, but I honestly don't think they're that good, and they take too long.I'd pass. I'd recommend los amigos in Coolidge Corner if you want a burrito, or Chipotle.
The service is quite good, and while the atmosphere isn't anything remarkable, the dining area is clean and well-organized. However, my main issue lies with the size of the burritos. You pay for a super burrito, but it’s far from being super. Over the past year, they have significantly reduced the size of the burritos while increasing the prices. Food rating: 2/5.
Decent. Burritos are fine but not outstanding. Almost no guac despite me paying for it but that’s not the end of the world. My main complaint is how slow service is. But. It’s a fine place if you want a burrito and are in the area. I’m sure I’ll drop in again at some point.
The person serving the food was extremely rude. When I asked him a simple question, he just replied, "I don't know," without attempting to seek help from anyone nearby. He completely ignored me in a very disrespectful manner. Service: 1/5.

Ive been coming to Annas since they were a small taqueria on Beacon circa 1996. In 27 years a burrito almost trippled in price and shrunk to a half the size it used to be. Goodbye.
I live in Texas and can confirm Anna's carne asada burrito is better than the ones down here!
