Found by chance, this restaurant offers flamenküchen and sauerkraut, open from September to April. We tested the sauerkraut, a treat! The well rinsed cabbage before cooking, the charcuterie comes from Alasace, essential for quality, so greedy and not fat. The local production stock is good and more wonderfully grilled. And what does not ruin Anneliese's welcome and smile, fears a reasonable price!
Friendly welcome. Ambiance and warm atmosphere. Deco redoes with taste. Served and cared. Delicious and very hearty dishes. Bretzels house with salt butter and sauerkraut, :un Regal. We will go back for the rabbit at riesling and recommend this Alsatian restaurant to our surroundings.
The boss is very welcoming, friendly and funny. And she makes wonders in the kitchen: pretzels, spatzle, sauerkraut, grilled hamburg... Everything we ate deserves to stop. The room is warm, well in the Alsatian spirit.
