This place has gone completely down hill. Beware if you don't want to attacked for their mistakes. The girl running the counter, Tiffany? Is completely nasty to the customers and employees. I understand you must run a tight ship and it's hot but to belittle people and act unprofessional, this place should just close. It's not the same. Every employee is miserable when she is working. It's truly sad, I know this review won't change anything because she's worked here forever but she's burnt out she is going to chase away regulars with that nasty attitude
Came by on thursday night around 6pm. Only about 10 people in line. Someone mentioned they only take cash so i walked in to ask if they take card. When i asked one of the three women behind the counter she just stared at me for a few seconds and then turned away without answering. I tried asking again... just silence. The 3 women running the counter were all very angry and shouting/slamming stuff. Their tone and faces made their mood clear. No thank you, never returning to a place like that.
I have driven by this place so many times in the past, and I have never stopped. Everything changed today when I felt like tasting their soft ice cream. As you enter the diner, you feel transported to the 70´s not only because of the decor but also the prices that are lower than in most places. I just ordered a vanilla soft ice cream dipped in chocolate. It was delicious. I’ll definitely return this summer.
This is a classic diner with limited indoor seating, but there’s additional outside seating available on nice days. I prefer to visit when it’s not too crowded. The waitstaff is friendly and sociable. For wheelchair accessibility, there's a gentle slope ramp by the front door, and the doors are 34 inches wide, making it easy for other customers to hold the door open for you.

Food is great. I came here for years and they had a great staff but recently i visited and an elderly lady taking orders is touching cash cards and everything else then touching food with no gloves and no hand washing. Needless to say I bought nothing today!!! Im super disappointed that i can't eat hear with peace of mind anymore.
I ordered a chocolate dipped cone and a cheeseburger sub. They tried to give me a plain cone. I said I asked for it dipped. Apparently the lady didn't hear me. Made a new one and charged me the 53 cents, even though it was their mistake. Okay, no biggie. The cheeseburger sub was tasty, but the amount of burger was disappointing.
I was quite disappointed with our visit tonight. We arrived at 8:30, and all the employees were openly complaining about incoming customers. When more patrons walked in, they continued to express their grievances about the customers arriving.
The lady at the front was working the register and also handing the cook hotdog buns at the same time. She was handling money and using her same dirty hands , touching the hotdog buns. Ughhh, just NASTY!

Although some things have changed, i.e., price and menu, Ann's is still the place to go for a DD/w everything (my favorite). Continue the tradition as long as you're capable. Oh, and an order for FFs.
Very nostalgic. We always stop whenever we are in the area. Double dog with everything order of fries and chocolate shake. Yummy!
