they ran out of mozzarella cheese on this random sunday night. I announced it on a chef. I'm sorry 1- they don't ventilate their dirty laundry to the public and customers. 2- No excuse. get her personal together, pick up the camp in the order or go to a market and pick her mozzarella cheese yourself instead of a dealer who brings it to them, and get her work done to work as normal regular day. when someone comes to a restaurant, they want to have a good time and relax, no excuses and listen to drama. pizza was still fantastic because it used fresh mozzarella instead and added ricotta, all made better, was just on burratta that she also ran out. This is not Great Neck specific. Been to several ACP 's in last several weeks. One thing is consistent. Quality has gone down hill. It is not the chain Anthony founded and got popular. Now private equity owned the formula has changed. It is now just a higher priced ho hum pizza place. Vibrancy is good but why pay a premium for mediocre food. Contributing to the decline the staff seems less enthusiastic. Poor morale manager turnover in evidence too. I have been a long term fan.
