From February 19th to February 26th, 2024 I stayed with my dog at the Hotel Swiss Bellevue Aathal, which is located in the same building as the Dino-Beizli. I spontaneously went to the Dino-Beizli and was greeted very friendly and courteously. The staff had already been informed that I was a guest at Bellevue. I found that impressive and showed me that guest satisfaction is important to the Dino-Beizli and the hotel. I ordered a dish with gnocchi and a mixed salad. I was immediately offered that they could also bring it to my room, great courteous service! Poor quality food and super unfriendly service avoid this place! They r super unfriendly with kids Regarding your answer below: you are mixing me up with someone. I was with one kid and didn’t order any fries my kid did not bang on anything. But don’t worry will not come again here a warm suggestion to anyone considering to visit you…

I was at Dino Beizli with my family on Saturday and the food was prepared with precision. The atmosphere was very nice and hospitable. The service manager made a very friendly and competent impression. We would be happy to come back.

Very good value for money. Fresh salads. Perfect pieces of chicken: crispy, juicy, with a delicate taste. Very courteous, friendly service. Exceptional for a tourist restaurant!
