I had a very disappointing experience at Antonietta Gelato Cioccolato. Although the coffee was delightful and the food presentation was impressive, we endured a long wait for our pancakes—nearly an hour. Eventually, we were informed that they couldn't fulfill our order, and we received a refund. Overall, the service was lacking, as there didn't seem to be enough staff to manage both preparing the menu items and serving customers.
