Homemade Italian food in a family owned Italian restaurant, what more could you ask for? Be prepared to take your time at a sit down restaurant and have a conversation while eating fresh bread dipped in olive oil and pesto, or soup and salad while waiting for your main course. Fine wine, full bar, cloth napkins, the full sit down restaurant experience that’s still cost less than the last time we went to a sit down chain. We dined at Antonio’s tonight, and it was both our first and last visit. I’m not sure what was going on, but we waited over an hour and a half for our entrees. Our server did her best under the circumstances, but management never came out to address the situation. They didn’t offer any complimentary items, discounts, or even free drinks—nothing at all. We would have appreciated an apology and some explanation, but we didn’t hear a word from anyone during that entire hour and a half. We almost left cash for just our drinks and appetizers, but our food finally arrived, so we quickly ate. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Come here hungry because they have free bread it's delicious. The portions are big we ended up not eating our entree because of the calamari soup bread. Calamari is really good with yummy sauce on the side. The portion is also really big. It was pretty filling for 2 people. Got soup salad for the sides those were also good. I got spaghetti meatballs that was yummy also. Food took some time to come out in between courses, so might be why we were so full. Definitely will come back again.
My wife and I came here for a date night and it was our first time ever coming to this restaurant. Our server was very kind, professional, and funny. Our food was very good, I’d highly recommend their Cream of Mushroom soup! Was thrilled that Friday was half-off bottles of wine, had no idea going in and found that was a great value, especially for a Friday night. Will absolutely be coming here again very soon!

Parking: Very good food I ordered a lobster Mac and cheese and the lobster was cooked very good not to salty like most places, also a waiter name Matthew is a very funny guy and also respectful he even boxed our food for us, I recommend this place for sure I’ll be back.
Still the best in Detroit! I love that you can even order items not on the menu. Their Chicken Picante, similar to Picatta, is amazing. I also enjoy the Senza lasagna, the Alfredo sauce, the veal, the warm rolls, and the creamy garlic dressing!
We had dinner at this fantastic restaurant for my son’s birthday. The food was fabulous. The waiter definitely added to our experience. He was very fun!! Our entire family visits Antonio’s for all of our special events.
The original owner retired and when I dined there recently the new owner has changed things. Quality is not there.....too bad the new owner didn't keep things the way they were.

Definitely a favorite place for my girlfriend, and myself. Absolutely delicious!
