This is my third experience with Anzio's food, and it just keeps getting better. The first time I tried it was at their food truck, and I was impressed. Their pizza is quite different from what you typically find in this area. The dough, sauce, and toppings are all exceptional, reminiscent of the pizza I had in Italy. The pasta dishes are also fantastic and will leave you satisfied. The Chicken Romano, which used to be a special, has now earned a spot on the regular menu—and for good reason! I come here all the time for take out or dinner at the restaurant. The is really good, and you can get fresh pasta (some dishes come with it others you have to add it). Their bolognese is my favorite ever, and my boyfriend loves their chicken Romano. They also have a seasonal cocktail menu that I love. I've never had a bad experience here (except when I had a bit of a wait with a large group on a Saturday night, but that's expected and it wasn't a bad wait). when people want Italian, I tell them go here instead of VIA or any of the other Italian restaurants nearby.
We did a take out order from Anzio's. The order was ready at the designated time. The food was hot and fresh. A waiter politely greeted me and directed me to the pick up counter. The hostess at the pick up counter was very friendly and professional. Our food was excellent we had a large pepperoni pizza, sautéed spinach and stuffed mushrooms. The whole family enjoyed the meal.

I was worried when they moved to a larger location that the quality would take a hit but we are repeat customers and continue to do take out from them. We have two young kids so we don't often dine in but tried it recently and the staff was super pleasant and food was delish as always!!
Overpriced. Bar service at the bar is a joke. Haven't experienced a bartender there that pays any attention to customers needs in a professional manner (unless you're a daily regular or an owner's friend). Watch out for pizza oven staff not wearing hair nets or any hair covering.
Food was deliciou! Highly recommend any pizzas. Waitress/ bartender was a disappointment: unfriendly, cold, not engaged. This was a second time we were served by the same waitress. First time we thought she just had a bad day but today we realized that is how she is.
We ordered the Antipasto Rustico, Chicken Milanese, and Chicken Fontina. Everything was delicious, and the portions were very generous. This will definitely be our new go-to for takeout!
