I was sadden when it closed down for years but excited when they reopened bigger better than ever. I don 't recommend this Cousins Burgers for the first time I ate the bad service from the cashier, although I tell the cashier that I want the 3 meals well cooked and they are served raw and the pepper and salt are missing. They only serve you the food plates, 4 napkins, disposable forks, knives and disposable jam. They do not have metal utensils to cut the steak they have. The steak was just roast beef that was undercooked with just salt from seasonings. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very depressed and sad. EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru I always get the same Hispanic lady that always greets with an attitude!!!! She always hands over the food with a mad face especially when I ask for extra yellow peppers (2 packets) the food is great but the customer service sucks!!
Extremely friendly staff quick service the type of burger you’re getting it fantastic for the price this made Perfection. I wish I lived nearby. Least I could do is leave a good review. I look pretty far but I will remember the next time I’m around.
