Applebee's - Reservar una mesa

Was on a mini vacation in the area and we went to Applebee's for dinner. We have been to our local Applebee's many times and have always had great food. This time the service was very slow and the food was lukewarm. I had a coupon for a birthday dessert but decided not to use it due to slowness of service. Just for the record, there was another family there that was celebrating their young child's birthday, sent all their food back due to its coldness. Asked for the cake they brought back and left.

We ordered a small order for car side to go , an hour before we would be picking it up. We arrived and 15 minutes after pickup time, a server finally came out to ask our order and said she would be right back She never returned. 15 minutes later, my husband went in and was told they hadn't started it, but would rush it. He asked them to cancel it. The employee said, don't worry, nothing would be charged to our card. Don't worry? We waited over a half an hour for food we didn't get.

well i was thoroughly enjoying my nightly meal of mashed potatoes and as i digged in, licking the spoon clean, i glance down and see the most unfortunate, unhygienic, tragedy. not sure if it's a chefs beard hair or some waitresses dog hair but this has truly added to my depression and i can't say i'll be able to come back without having the ptsd of the hairs in my taters :

Our waiter was worse than a positive pregnancy test for a low income mother. He was about as useful as a bent nail. He was about as enjoyable as a colonoscopy. One star

We had a quick happy hour stop she had 2 Bahama Mamas and I had 2 Long Island appetizer trio with the fries and it was under $44 was a awesome reasonable lunch :
