Upon entering the restaurant, we found no staff available. Eventually, the manager appeared with lackluster energy and asked if we were dining in or taking out. Upon seeing that the bar area was closed and all the seats were turned upside down, we decided to take out. The manager, who had braids, instructed us to go to the left side of the bar to place our order. Unfortunately, no one came to assist us, and there was no menu available. It seemed as though the manager was purposely ignoring us. When we asked who would take our order, he simply replied, "Oh, no one took your order?" I ordered $130 worth of food from this restaurant and not only did they take a long time to prepare the order, but half of the items were missing. Additionally, they only gave a small scoop of chicken for all four of my wonton taco orders. I was not satisfied with the service and will be contacting corporate. They were also out of boneless wings, wings, and French fries, but did not inform me when I initially placed my order.
I had a terrible experience ordering delivery from this restaurant. The wait time was incredibly long and Brian, the staff member I communicated with, was extremely unhelpful. He interrupted me when I tried to inquire about my order and spoke to me in an informal and disrespectful manner. Overall, his customer service was terrible and I am very unhappy with my experience. I would rate it as a negative 5 if I could.
This was the best Applebee's experience I've ever had. Our waitress, Coa-Coa, was very friendly and attentive. Our food was fresh and hot, and our appetizers came before the meal as they should. Our overall experience was amazing. I will definitely visit this restaurant again with family and friends.
