For one of the few places to eat in Marshfield you would think that the food and service would be better. Server came to the table every half hour when our group had requests every time which would signal to them that we need to be frequented more often. Wings were soggy, there was a hair in the oreo shake, and the mac and cheese was loaded with tomatoes which was a weird choice. Waiter made a rude comment about one of us ordering more wings when we came specifically for the unlimited wings deal, I realize it could be annoying but it's what he paid for so it's what he should get.
Okay, maybe it's cause I have been in the restaurant industry prior to graduating college. However, the management in this restaurant is horrific. I don't know why they let their employees do what they want. Walked in to the hostess stand and there was a young lady working and another one leaning on the stand just talking to the hostess THE WHOLE TIME WE ATE. This looks terrible and honestly should be addressed. She was following the employee around and was not wearing a uniform, if she was working she shouldn't be wear short shorts and a sweatshirt
The service was absolutely horrible, never did see the hostess, sat at a dirty table in Bar area, and they watched us move the dirty dishes to another dirty table and then the bartender came over and dropped menus in front of us and tried put silverware out when I had to ask her to wipe the table. The staff was standing around not even looking at the people walking in. We watched people leave that where not acknowledged. The staff seemed to be lost! Terrible service and sad to see... it was like watching a train wreck!!
The service from the takeout girl was absolutely terrible. She smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and mentioned that if my order was incorrect, it was the fault of the careless cooks. When I requested extra napkins, she rolled her eyes and walked away, leading me to believe she would get them for me. Instead, I saw her head over to a booth on the right side of the bar, where she sat down with a coworker and began chatting. I only caught a glimpse of her name tag, but it seemed to say something like Charlie or Carol.

I'm a regular customer at this location because it's right next to my job but the food I ordered today was extremely disappointing and I'm typically not one to complain but this shouldn't go unaddressed. My past had no sauce and I was supposed to get 3 tenders, only got one decent sized tender MAYBE if you combined the three straps that put on my pasta and spent almost 30 for a meal that I expected to at least be enjoyable but that wasn't the case...
Firstly, the waitress only visited our table once every thirty minutes. Secondly, I found a dead bug on my celery. When the waitress brought our check, I informed her about the bug, and she told me to hold on while she went to talk to someone. Unfortunately, she didn't return for 20 minutes and merely asked if I needed help with my check. I was extremely disappointed.
I ordered online and picked up my food, which was ready on time. However, instead of the grilled chicken I requested, I received fried chicken. The food tasted really terrible, and I would recommend not wasting your money here!
Just had lunch here today. Service and food were great. The waitress (Lori) did some suggestive selling and did a great job. We also took chicken wings, a burger and salad to go. All tasted great.

Small building. Love the bar area. Ribs are messy but they taste so good. Great addition to marshfield.
