I wasted 37.00 the food was luke warm, it wasn’t a crowded there was staff, hostess on her phone at the door ,no napkins with hot wings until I was leaving after asking twice, she never asked if we needed anything nor the usual check to see if everything brought out was good after you start eating . I always tip but the service was so horrible I couldn’t which made me angry I work like most people and like to show appreciation but this was just pitiful. I haven’t been to Applebee’s in years and the day I decided to this is what happens.
I arrived with a group of 16 just a few hours before closing time. Despite the short notice, the staff was accommodating, and everyone was very friendly. When we arrived, no one seemed to have been informed about our reservation, but the waitress and hostess were incredibly gracious. We were seated promptly, and our orders were taken right away. The waitress was patient with me as I made my selections. One suggestion for improvement would be to have more vegan options on the menu, but overall, everything went smoothly.
The bartender Marissa P. Was very rude. My husband and I have came the this location to eat and have drinks several times because it is the location closest to our home. Marissa has served us serval times, as she has never said hello. She has came to clean off the bar in front of our seats and never greats us. She is always dry and looks unhappy to serve us. When she she’s “other “ guest she great them with a hello and smile. We are also usually the last people she serves as she takes orders.
On 01/15/22 at 9:30 we were a party of 10, divided into two groups in the same section two adults and the other well-behaved teenagers. Our waitress was new, very polite, patient, attentive and professional, ensuring that our cups were refilled without asking if everything or food came at the same time hot and fresh. I don't remember her name, but she did an amazing job and I was at this point many times never service like this her section was near the bar at the entrance door.

I had to ask three different staff members for water, even after we had already received our appetizer. Our server didn’t check on us at all after taking our order. My friend ordered a Blue Hawaiian but was served an Electric Lemonade instead. When we finally got the manager’s attention, he seemed more interested in arguing about the drink, which honestly didn’t taste good at all. My friend took maybe one or two sips before leaving it untouched.
The service was fantastic!! Our server took great care of my daughter and myself she made sure to refill our dreams without us asking the food was hot delicious and the atmosphere was very delightful I'm so embarrassed that I cannot remember the server's name I think it was Jennifer or Jessica something of that nature at the St Charles Rock road and 270 location very delightful will be returning!!! Thank you for the great job
I had a great experience during my visit! Our server, Destiny, was professional, friendly, and very attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant, making for a lovely Sunday meal. The food was excellent—well-seasoned, hot, and delicious.
I came in for an early dinner, and since the restaurant wasn't very busy, we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Corey, was friendly and attentive. Although the service was a bit slow, the food was hot, fresh, and definitely worth the wait.

The food was terrible! The steaks were nothing but tough gristle, and the potatoes were nearly watery. The spinach artichoke dip lacked any flavor. We won't be spending our hard-earned money here again!
Not Applebee's I remember. Food was just ok. Maybe because it was all you can eat. Service wasn't good at all. They need more employees.
