We had a late dinner and ordered the shrimp and chicken dish, which featured chicken topped with a delicious pesto and shrimp, accompanied by creamy, garlicky mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delightful! The salad was fresh and crisp, packed with veggies, and I loved every bite of it. The ranch dressing was just right. My companion opted for a gigantic bacon cheeseburger but could only finish half of it because he got full halfway through—quite a rarity! Overall, it was a completely different and much better experience than the Applebee's in Bellevue. Our server, Inez, was wonderful; she was warm, friendly, and made sure our coffee cups were always full. I'm glad I didn’t let one restauran...
I give this restaurant 5 stars for what it offers: reasonably priced sit-down fast food. Tonight, a rude customer came to the bar, ordered just one beer without any food, and demanded that the TV be switched to his game. He even complained to the manager when it took a few minutes. It’s no surprise that restaurant workers are leaving in large numbers. Despite that, we received excellent service and enjoyed delicious food at a great price. They truly deserve a 5-star rating for how they managed that difficult situation with just one beer.
I dined at this location for the first time and was really impressed! I ordered the Bourbon Chicken with shrimp, while my boyfriend had the baby back ribs. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The service was quick and friendly, and I was amazed at how fast our food arrived. And the taste? Wow! I didn't even need to add salt or pepper to my mashed potatoes because they were already bursting with flavor. A big shoutout to the chefs!
We visited today, Sunday afternoon, with a group of about ten people. The waitress and the service we received were exceptional. They arranged the chairs so we could all sit together, which was much appreciated. The manager also came out to speak with us. I give Applebee's on Grady Way a five-star review. I ordered through Uber Eats and didn't receive my French onion soup or the three water bottles I requested. Instead, I was given two large cups of tap water. If I wanted overpriced tap water, I could have just used the hotel sink. I will definitely consider ordering from somewhere else in the future.
