Applebee's - Reserva de mesa

My wife and I wanted to have a small date night and decided on Applebees cause we haven’t been there in a while! If I could give zero stars I would! The restaurant was not busy at all and there were plenty of tables open, meanwhile the front of house people asked us, after standing in front of the door for literally 1 minute if we would like to sit at the bar.. My wife is 9 months pregnant. When we told them no thank you, they reluctantly showed us to our table and seated us. After 10 minutes of looking at the menus we were expecting to at least be asked for drinks or something, but absolutely NO service was given! I wouldn’t say that I’m a regular, but I do come into the Location near The Maverick Center frequently.I always sit in the Bar Area ,And the reason for that is due to the exceptional service given by a young lady Named Kiley,She is always very sweet in her demeanor and I have never had an issue with an order.She is very detail oriented.You have no idea how hard it is to keep good employees that care about their patrons and the quality they receive.You as a company should find ways to appreciate those employees that give so much for your good name.Kiley is 100% one of those people.Thank you ,

Food was decent, the Parmesan Garlic boneless wings didn't have any sauce just big strips of hard, unmelted cheese they fell off when we picked them up.We stuck around and chatted for about an hour after we were done eating, the place was empty and we usually leave an extra $30 tip for the trouble, but our waitress never came back to check on us or offered us a refill on our drinks.Anyway, we've had great service at other Applebee's; just won't be returning to this one.

When a single parent with three young kids wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged.Also, when you do acknowledge the table, don’t simple drop of steak knives for the kids all under 7 then walk awayMy mind was blown away by thisAfter asking the manager to take my order the server finally showed up and simply said “what would you like” Reserva una mesa ahora

Tonight our server Abby was so sweet and caring, and props to the manager Santino for handling the crazy lady at the bar. She was happy one minute then very upset and wanted to leave immediately then made a rude comment to the manager which he handled very well. We wouldn 't have been able to be so nice . We will be back!!!!

We arrived at 3:00. Was not busy at all. There were three of us in our party. For some reason it took almost an hour to receive our food and when we got it it was cold. Usually we like frequenting this Applebee's, but for some reason today was not our day.

Normally greeted with a smile here, long wait times are rare. Food is generally pretty good, some dishes are better than others. This location has been here for decades and is well worn, but not rundown.

This was an above average Applebee's, like they used to be. Good food and service. Reasonable prices, good portions. Friendly service. Top area is ADA accessible, ramp was a hike from the front door. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the Christmas steak and shrimp special; took home a batch of chicken wanton tacos. The food was good good good, as well the service. I left a generous tip it was so good.

We had my birthday party with a party of 20 people, Kayla our waitress was so great, she done a great job at the west valley city, Utah location thank you again
