Update (June 2023): The carsides-to-go service was perfectly timed and the food looked fantastic. The staff was very friendly and professional. Previous review: The food was decent, but the restaurant seemed short-staffed. Additionally, they didn't manage the carsides-to-go service properly. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed a waitress light a cigarette inside the restaurant before stepping outside to smoke for a couple of minutes. She then put the cigarette on a brick ledge and returned to serve her table without washing her hands or taking any precautions. I’m not sure if that violates health codes, but it struck me as unappetizing.
The Lemonade provided was just a large size lemonade with a ton of ice, and not the bag that was pictured nor was it sufficient for 6-8 people as its advertised to be for considering ice removed it was less than 20 ounces and cost 7 dollars. I was also given a 1 percent milk that I didn't order, aside from that, the food I ordered and the milkshake was great but the cup was paper and disintegrating so I transferred it, I suspect that had more to do with CT plastics laws. Overall okay, just know that the lemonade provided isn't a bag as pictured and could only provide 6-8 shot glasses per person MAYBE.
wrong salad was delivered ! We ordered the strawberry balsamic salad and got a lettuce , chopped tomatoes and oriental noodles . It was terrible . we ordered fish and chips .. when taking off the greasy batter … there was nothing except a very small amount of fish stuck to the batter . we are very disappointed and won’t be bask ! $110 wasted
The pretzels are fantastic as always, but unfortunately, the ribs were not cooked properly again. They were barely warm and the meat was tough to cut through, as the entire half rack was cold. Definitely not worth the $20.

These are the best and softest pretzels I've ever had, and the cheese dip is fantastic as well. The passion fruit flavor is incredible! It far surpassed my expectations. I just wish I could buy it by the gallon!
I love going in here and seeing juliana and zoey! They are both so much fun and always pay attention to the kids! We love the all you can eat boneless and the kids love the options the kids menu!
Nice place, Good food, G reat prices. Amber is the best server at Groton Applebees...ask for her by name, you won't be dissppointed.
The food was disappointing (chicken with mac and cheese). The chicken tenders were dry, and the onion rings were overcooked.

The food was still warm and tasted good! The portions of sauce were a bit small, but you can manage with it.
The four cheese pasta was terrible. They also forgot to serve the dessert but still charged us for it.
