Applebee's - Reservar una mesa

The burger I got today is the only reason they got a 2 star rating. The burger was great, but nothing else came close to acceptable. I've been to this Applebee's a few times and the most consistent thing is that the service is pitiful. The staff has zero sense of urgency, communicating with them is a joke. Either they are mumbling and quiet or talking like they are experiencing last call at a bar somewhere in the 1970s. My suggestions: 1. Get a new manager who cares. 2. Train the staff who want to do well. 3. Replace the slow and bumbling staff. 4. Act like you care about the customers!!

We have not been to an Applebee's in probably 10+ years, while traveling from Galveston back to Austin Texas we stopped at this location Extremely clean, server was fantastic and sweet, food was hot, fresh and delicious. I was skeptical walking in, but, I will definitely come back here again, highly recommend

My server Lili did a wonderful job that served me and my Valentine. We have a great tasting and a couple of drinks to do things. The restaurant is clean and well managed and the bartender is personal.

Service was great and the food was good, gave 4 stars because of shrimps was boiled under. Manager was there. Serve was new, but great. Thanks Nikosio, I'm sorry if you miss your name.

I have food from here many times it is great! Also I paid twice for accident and they were honest and called me to give my mother back!
