Applebee's Collinsville

My daughters were there for dinner and they were dissatisfied with the food. My girls did not want a refund only for Applebee's to make it right and they refused. The server and manager on duty have no concept of customer service. We have visited this location with no issue but this evening was so disapponting we will not return and will pass the word about the food, staff and service.

if we ask if we want to order drinks, show them on the menu where it said $5 bahama mama what I want. they get the bill, they were $5.99 the waitress said there was a sign behind the cash they were charged. a sign behind the bar, where we don't even sit close, should they say the menu was wrong, I would probably try something else.

came in and was told 20 minutes waiting. five minutes later came a group of 10 and was told 25 minutes waiting. After 20 minutes they sit the bigger group and let us wait the exact time. the excuse they gave was that we knew we could put you very soon. larger groups are difficult to sit. So they won't go if they're a party of 2.

they need to update these apps with their time change on their business and not just on a piece of paper that is included on the side door.

great food and super service. I have full ripp with fries and salat. the staff was great and the food was cooked right.
