Service was a little slow at this restaurant. I ate at another Applebee's recently and I ordered the same thing today that I ordered a couple of weeks back which was the blackened salmon with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. A couple weeks back the restaurant in Hermitage PA was fantastic! Service was fast and the food was piping hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! I liked it so well that I went back to Applebee's while I was in Niles, OH today. My broccoli was kind of lukewarm and the rest of the food was fine, but I could tell that it was sitting for a while compared to the other meal that I described above from a different Applebee's. I have been to Applebee's in the past some familiar summit with the restaurant although not this particular restaurant. Madison was a very good waitress brought us our food when it was ready. The restaurant was so cold that although my steak 8 oz sirloin came hot it was soon cold as well as the mashed potatoes and the steaming broccoli became cold in about a minute and a half. The restaurant is extremely noisy which does not make for a relaxing dining experience. If I were going to this Applebee's in the future I probably would only do takeout or curbside pickup.
We hadn't been to Applebee's for a little while and decided to stop in a few days ago. Food was great but our waitress was amazing! Our waitress broke our check down into 2 just so we could get 2 free movie tickets. Awesome personality and service!

While Applebee's is typically known for its steaks, we decided to try the Parmesan steak topped with shrimp and were pleasantly surprised. The dish was so delicious that we were amazed by how tasty it was.
I received my food quickly, and the ribs were tender and flavorful. The pretzel sticks were soft and delicious, although the cheese sauce was a bit grainy. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
Got in fairly quickly. Food didn't take long to get. Ribs were nice and tender. Pretzel sticks were nice and soft, but cheese sauce a it gritty. All in all it was a good meal.
The service was excellent. I received my food quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The burger was delicious.
