Applebee's Grill

Went out for a nice meal, started off being told 15 to 20 minute wait, with half of restaurant empty. Hostess/manager at door was not very attentive to people. When seated our waiter, Michael, was promptly there to serve us. Was very apologetic for wait. Boyfriend ordered steak and mashed potatoes, which was served as cold mashed potatoes and steak was ordered as medium well, came out well done. I ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries, fries were hot cheeseburger was cold and bacon burned. Also looked like it was cut in pieces. Kitchen manager should have had them make fresh, however you could tell it was microwaved instead. Burger was freshly remade. Waiter Michael came to check and was upset by them not serving promptly. When check came Michael again apologized for the service.As for waiter I highly recommend you ask for Michael. He's a very hard worker and managed to make us smile.

Absolutely the worst dinning experience we’ve had in a long time ! Almost 3 hrs it took to get and finish our meal, Ruined the whole birthday outing that we had for my husband. Not to mention the raw hamburger! I’m so sad our Waitress spent more time talking at the bar, and she did tending to her customers.

The best Applebee's I have gone to. My gf and I had the steak. I had the garlic Parmsian with shrimp. She had the bourbon. They were cooked to ? perfection. The waitress was very attentive. And the atmosphere was cozy. I recommend coming here!
