Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

Our waitress was friendly, but busy. The tables were about 3/4 full and maybe they were a bit shorthanded. It was a bit frustrating getting her attention. It was a bit of a wait between appetizers and dinner, which is of course understandable these days. What was not understandable is why some of our food arrived cold. I would give them another shot, but if it's a repeat of this dinner, there are other similar chain restaurants we can visit.

The service was hurting. Worst cole slaw. I asked for some with my burger and they charged me, Tasted like cut up cabbage without dressing. $3.50 for a cup of coffee, I didn't dare ask for a refill, couldn't find the waitress anyway. I had to ask for salt pepper and sugar. We had to squeeze the last drop out of the ketchup bottle. Waitress just disappeared. I had to find somebody to pay my bill.

I picked up a salad the other day... I was prepared for anything as some chains especially have gone downhill. It seemed like the manager is really on top of things and I believe it was she who greeted me and located my takeout order.It was prepared per my request to the tee... Also packed very thoughtfully, and she let me know it all was in there. Food was very good. Thank you!!

Ordered online pickup and was given the wrong order. The bag had two tickets on it which had my name and some other persons name. Called them to resolve it and all I was offered was a small discount. Will never order from this location again!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a to go order. I got the 2 for 30. I got a bacon cheeseburger that had a Grey hair right on the burger. I got the pasta Alfredo, the noodles grossly overcooked, no sauce it was horrible...I love Applebee's but I won't be back to this

Food was delicious. Clean inside and friendly staff.Parking: Many spots all around the building. Big parking lotKid-friendliness: They have crayons for kids to draw with at the table!!

The manager on Saturday night is so good at his job he checked all 5 of our IDs and rejected our drink service despite all licenses being real state issued forms of identification.
