Applebee's Grill

Everyone knows how much I love Applebee's food. I've been to Shirley several times a year from Lindenhurst. I have only one request at each of the Applebee that I go to this when I order my salad that they chop it into small pieces. Recently at Shirley Applebee is a friend and I met for dinner and the waiter was fabulous and friendly, and the manager came to the table and asked if everything was okay, and I said yes and thank you for the special request and he said that because of his very busy night he even chopped my salad and hoped it was to my satisfaction! He was so nice. We informed the waiter when we first came there that he could take us a place that would be out of the way, because we made our last meeting before my friend left New York. It was about two and a half hours that we were there and of course we left him a generous tip to be so attentive. I do a lot of Applebee's in Shirley and I really can't complain about the food I ordered. The biggest complaint I have is that if you take out, you should check your bag for cutlery and extra suits if you order that because they are so busy, it would not surprise me if they have forgotten to insert it. But if this is the worst complaint, I can take a place and you can feel safe to go there and a very good evening with good food and good friends and great service!

My wife and I stopped for a quick dinner, I had the tomato soup and strawberry chicken salad and my wife had the salmon over a Caesar salad. Both salads were very good and came out very quickly.

Had a great waiter... my order had to be corrected, but it was fast and smooth! No complaints here! That was as great as ever, this place never disappointed!

Food was good, wait staff was super nice. Ridiculous price for a small glass of white wine.

My wife takes this place 6 out of 5th Tad expensive than chili's but worth it.
