we often come here, 4 stars, just because the restaurant could use a deep cleaning. we were immediately recognized by the hostess, she told us it would probably be about 10 minutes waiting because they have many new servers. we appreciated that! it was about 5 minutes when we were called. she wanted to put us on the first floor next to the door, it was a cold evening, we said we would rather go a little in the row. No problem she said, so we moved. our server came instantly, she was new and very, very good! a few ask that we have asked, she did not know the answer, apologise and immediately went to get the answer! it was not long and the whole restaurant was full. our server had more tables...

I eat here at the Fountain Colorado hwy 85/87 Applebees a lot but I don’t think I will anymore unless they hire better cooks than the ones that were preparing the food the night of Saturday January 29 2022. I ordered a cheeseburger for my son, I asked for no pink, and I understand that sometimes there still is a little pink , unfortunately in my case it wasn’t just pink it was RAW! Hope my kid doesn’t get sick off this.

I've given this place multiple chances. I know it's COVID, and times are tough. I took that into consideration when giving this place one star. I do not blame them at all for being out of food. There are shortages right now. But from orders coming out incorrectly, to a staff that is indifferent, I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering them when I walk in the door. Avoid this place. I wouldn't even order to go

They were extremely understaffed as normal these days. The staff was incredibly friendly. They forgot dressing for the salad and some other small things. My only issue was They were out of fries and some other sides, so we had to pay extra to get a salad. I get paying extra if that was our choice, but if you run out of things you shouldn't have to pay extra. Overall I would return for the friendly staff.

Usually we get a good service here. today 5th march 2022 1:10 clock was absolutely terrible. rude service and cold eating. they come up that they can do it. the waitress would skip our table if they had to refill me and mine man. my steak was just fat. what a shame! we needed another company located in FOUNTAIN/SECURITY area. name of the waitress: kayla w
