My friends and I had lunch today, but unfortunately, the power went out while we were there. Nobody came to explain what was going on. After about eight minutes, the lights and music came back on, but by that time, we had already finished our meals and were ready for the check. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the bill and received no compensation for the inconvenience. The manager told us, and I quote, "I don’t see a need to compensate for something that’s out of my control."
When I think of mac and cheese and honey pepper chicken, I imagine savoring some delicious comfort food. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The manager, while trying to be humorous, ended up shouting at his staff and used inappropriate language that could have legal implications. Additionally, the food took an extremely long time to arrive, and at one point, I found myself questioning whether we had actually placed our order.
This restaurant deserves two stars because, before we sat down for our meal with friends, my husband and I had a white sangria at the bar. The bartender was incredibly friendly, fantastic, and truly the best bartender I could have hoped for. The drink itself was quite good as well. Unfortunately, he was the only highlight of our experience; everything else was disappointing.
I ordered curbside pickup and discovered that I received the wrong (cheaper) steak. I had to waste my time and gas to return for the correct order. Be cautious, as they mistakenly took back the wrong food inside the restaurant. I only received a $5.00 credit after asking for some form of compensation. The food was fantastic! We selected dishes from the 2 for $25 menu and were thoroughly pleased. Our plates were loaded with generous portions of delicious items. I especially want to highlight our waiter, Gabriel, who was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. His cheerful demeanor enhanced our experience significantly. We will definitely be coming back!
Our server, Rickey, delivered exceptional service! He made our big family feel at ease and made sure our whole order was accurate. The restaurant was clean and welcoming for families, with well-kept restrooms. We are happy to give it a well-deserved five-star rating!
I went for lunch on a Thursday and was truly impressed by the exceptional staff, especially the friendly hostess or manager. The food was excellent, and my wife and I are eagerly anticipating our next visit.
