after a terrible experience in another business in the opposite past the day, we were pleasantly surprised to have the exact opposite experience of this here. there was a short waiting time, despite empty tables to sit (probably short staff, I get it) but when we sat, we were treated like a royal treatment. our server, christopher, was extremely personal, fast, to welcome us to give us menus, and begin to take beverage orders; Once everything was ordered, he has constantly checked for us, gave us updates on how everything came by, and went beyond and beyond to make sure that we needed nothing. So I went to applebee's just for chicken tortilla soup with my wife we sat at the bar or we would have had to wait 30-45 mins for a table so I order the soup and burger my wife oder the tenders So they bring out my crock of soup and it wasn't even half full for $3.95 I I wasn't happy and i let the bar tender know he let's me know they don't come full its just a crock of soup I let him know my opinion which wasn't very good he took the crock of soup back to the kitchen 2 minutes later he came back with a full crock of chicken soup for me I was very pleased by this, what a great bar tender he made.my day I only went to Applebee's for the soup which is the best around in my opinion . First of all, once we were seated, the service from the waiter was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better. However, the wait for a table was long and tedious. While we waited, several takeout orders were handled promptly, which was frustrating for those of us waiting for a seat, especially since the restaurant wasn't even full. One group ended up leaving during the wait. The food was good, just as I expected.

I like applebee’s, I and my aunt have also started this last halloween to try the different seasonal drinks that come out. so far the halloween were our favorites followed by the christmas. valentines was not too bad and thoughtful or 4. were pretty good. our last summer were okay. intended to go on Sunday afternoon, but the restaurant was absolutely packed, which was a good sign on Tuesday, early afternoon, and there were some customers, but not too busy. the food was very well prepared and delicious and the prices were decent. our server was friendly and on the game! we are safe back!

every time we have come to applebee, it is always short staff, but everyone who works is friendly, quiet for the mozens that excite when there are more than half an hour waiting, and there are to please all. thanks for being a great family place to eat. the food we ordered when we leave was delicious.

We enjoyed a delicious Riblets Platter and an Oriental Chicken Salad to share. It was the best meal we've had in days. We'll definitely be back. The server was very friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Waiter Christopher was very polite and accommodating. Food was good but took a little bit longer than seemed reasonable for the amount of people in the restaurant
