I ordered a Cesar salad and I got some type of mixed salad. I should have known something was up when the waiter asked me what type of dressing i wanted on my cesar salad. The manager was kind and fixed my order promptly. My margarita was overly sweet. I had to keep getting our own napkins. 20 mins to get water. Got a sprite instead of club soda to pour into my margarita to dilute it. Our server, was either not a good multi-tasker, or had too many tables. We waited 15 minutes, just for the check. Just sitting there with a cleaned table. Finally, the floors (carpet) were black and my feet would stick to it when I walked. This will be our final visit.
After ordering on line getting to the store at pick up time and paying for the order in store I was told they were just waiting for the wonton tacos and waited 10 minutes before they told us they don’t have wonton tacos anymore then waited another 5 minutes for them to give a refund and another few minutes to get the rest of the food I payed for which was cold. I’m assuming it got cold while we we waiting for the tacos that didn’t exist. And my order was wrong and there is no cheese in the mozzarella sticks. Sad day.
Today, as the first customers at this restaurant, we found the service to be good. The mozzarella sticks could have been hotter, but overall the experience was pleasant. The restaurant is child-friendly with a variety of menu options. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and is wheelchair accessible. There are many wheelchair-friendly areas and a large ramp leading from the restrooms to the tables.
I ordered bourbon street steak medium well, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. When my food arrived it was very hot and fresh, but my steak was cooked well done instead of medium well so it was alittle chewy but it was good, my mashed potatoes was very good, and the Mac and cheese is good but kinda bland like it needed salt. The restaurant was clean but it was very hot in there

The family and I decided to stop in to try the 12.99 boneless hot wing special. We have such an amazing time make lots of memories. The staff was awesome and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The service at this restaurant was outstanding, but the food was just okay. My daughter ordered the steak and shrimp, but the steak was cooked medium rare and very tough to cut with a knife. However, they were kind enough to comp my bill for the steak. Thank you, AB, for your generosity.
the food lasted 45 minutes to get our food was not that busy appetizers and main course arrived, the same time no refillable served eating before we got our food. I would choose another place to eat. personal last time I eat here food: 1/5
I had a half-rack of ribs and my son had the chicken. Our server was excellent and the wait for our food was minimal. The food was outstanding, 5 out of 5 stars.
