11:45am on a Saturday, just opened at 11:00am and the dining room was dirty, the floors and tables. There were only 3 tables dining and half a dozen employees standing around doing nothing. Had to have them wash our table. The women?s bathroom had no paper towels in the main area, only in the handicap stall. Let the waiter know and he told a female coworker and only an hour later did they put some in the bathroom. The food was marginal but it?s Applebee?s. One of the employees had her small children in and was outside smoking while checking his hair for lice. Ordered online and did curbside pickup. When I got there right at the quoted time my order was ready. Parked in the designated parking space and waited 20 minutes. Not one person came out. Called the restaurant to tell them I 'd been waiting and all shesaid was someone will bring your order out to you when it 's ready and hung up on me. This was over 20 minutes passed the timemy order was supposed to be ready. Finally, someone brought me my order. Won 't be going back here again! Ridiculous!
I ordered Togo through Savannah and I just have to say how great this young woman is as soon as I went into her she immediately greeted me with her beautiful personality and a warm welcoming smile. She went beyond and beyond to make sure that I had asked all the extra sauces and dressing. Amazing customer service and amazing friendly staff. The food was nice and hot. Can wait to come back

since the corona we are on a budget?I think most people have been I just want to say when I come in here I order the two for 26 my wife orders shrimp and get steak-so delicious and the service amazing the manager Vilmari comes up and make sure everything is up to your happiness that?s the way to my happiness and loving meal-and that?s what Vilmari does for Applebee?s
The atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming! Our server Kyle was super AWESOME, ATTENTIVE FRIENDLY! The only reason I didn't give them a 5th star this time was because service was kind of slow, especially for not being packed. Thanks for the WONDERFULSERVICE KYLE!
i ordered the 2 4 $24. Boneless wings and 2 burgers 1 with fully loaded mashed potatoes and the other with garlic mashed potatoes. well i didnt recieve the loaded mashed potatoes. i instead recieved fries. other than that it was good.
The service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious as well.
