This restaurant represents a disappointing dining experience. They did not offer any discounts for seniors or birthdays, or any other promotions. The waitress was incredibly rude and seemed unqualified for her role, charging us $61 for a meal that should have cost $27, and failing to provide a receipt. After waiting 25 minutes to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable, so we had to leave without a receipt. To complicate things further, we had to reorder our food due to excessive salt, and when the new dishes arrived, they were drenched in hot sauce. I tried calling the restaurant five times, but was informed that the general manager was unavailable; later, I learned he was...
Sharing this upfront, our waiter was awesome. Young, respectful, attentive. The food was hot garbage. I ordered a medium rare sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The sirloin was almost still alive, the broccoli was so over cooked and over seasonedthat I couldn 't figure out what I disliked more. The potatoes were the correct consistency but seasoned exactly like thebroccoli. My wife ordered the chicken and it tasted like it was cooked in lemon scented cleaner . Needless to say, we ate onebite of everything, told our super sweet server that we just wanted out of this nightmare, and he reduced our bill by $25. Wepaid it and left because of anger and anxiety. The cocktails were good.
I brought my child to Applebee’s for his birthday and checked in, then received a text 10 minutes later saying our wait time was zero minutes. Once seated, our waitress took our orders, including drinks, but we waited at least five minutes for our drinks—and they arrived without straws. After another five minutes, we had to flag down a manager to get straws. When the waiter brought our food, she disappeared, and we waited a long time for refills that never came. In fact, no one checked to see if we needed anything else. Frustrated, I asked for to-go containers and the bill. The service was very poor, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited this restaurant for lunch yesterday, and when I got home, I found that they had charged my card three additional times later that evening, emptying my account. Now I have to go through the hassle of canceling all those unauthorized charges. I wasn't alone in this; others experienced the same issue. I called them last night, but they said they could only see one transaction. I will never go back there.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!! The staff here truly values my business. I've never received better service at any establishment than I have here. Every manager, including the kitchen manager, has come over to greet me and ensure that everything is perfect. My server and bartender, Marissa, is absolutely my favorite! I only wish I had discovered this place sooner. THANK YOU SO MUCH, BRIDGETON APPLEBEE'S STAFF; I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH!!
The food was amazing. Everything was so hot and fresh. Our waitress ?Courtney?customer service was on ?100? she was so sweet and attentive. Me and my Family just loss our Aunt and we been grieving so i?m glad this was the right place we chose to eat at.Shout Out! to the cooks and the host as well, everyone was very friendly and polite.
I had a delightful experience during my visit. Our server, Destiny, was professional, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant, making it a great place for a leisurely Sunday meal. The food was excellent—well-seasoned, hot, and very flavorful. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.
The Night Manager's service was disappointing, and it was upsetting that regular customers went unrecognized. Receiving poor service twice a month is unacceptable.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I ordered a quesadilla burger, and my grandma had the rib tips. Both dishes were fantastic!
Although I wasn't at Applebee's, the meal I had was every bit as fantastic as I remembered.
