I recently had the delightful experience of dining at this restaurant, where I was fortunate enough to be attended by an exceptional server named Paola. From the moment I entered, Paola greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel welcome and comfortable. Throughout the meal, her attentiveness and professionalism were truly remarkable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, providing insightful recommendations tailored to my preferences. Her knowledge of the dishes and ingredients was impressive, and she confidently and enthusiastically answered all my questions.
We used to visit this restaurant every week, but our last experience was disappointing. The steak we were served was cut in a cone shape, resembling a head facing down, and it was clearly not up to the restaurant’s usual presentation standards. It seemed more like scrap meat, full of gristle and nearly inedible. Additionally, the service was very slow, and the restrooms hadn't been cleaned throughout the entire day, which was quite embarrassing.
"The restaurant was extremely busy, but the Asian salad I ordered was delicious. The starters were fresh, and I also enjoyed the mango tea and the gloom. Josue, our server, was very patient and checked on us regularly. However, the seating area was a bit dusty, although our table was clean. There were no hand sanitizer wipes provided. On the bright side, the bathroom was clean. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5."
I really enjoyed the Bourbon Street mushroom burger! I substituted the cheese for pepper jack and ordered it medium rare, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. I wouldn't recommend the fries since they were cold and hard by the time they arrived, and the breadsticks had the same issue. Aside from that, everything else was great!

You need to present your vaccine card to dine indoors. Our waiter was fantastic—very friendly and informed us about the specials. The artichoke and spinach dip is the best appetizer. My friend and I took advantage of the 2 for $22 deal. I really enjoy the offers at Applebee's. It's a great choice after a shopping trip at QCM.
My favorite late-night spot! What keeps me coming back is the excellent service, especially paired with the affordable, strong drinks. Plus, I can always enjoy my favorites like Boomer Dajon.
The waitress was excellent. The food was typical pub fare. There wasn't really anything special. I just needed something to tide me over until I got home. Food Rating: 4/5.
The garlic parmesan boneless wings were delightful. The ribs were loaded with flavor and came right off the bone. The mashed potatoes were also delicious.

The broccoli on both sides was extremely tough, nearly raw. Additionally, the Honey BBQ Grilled Chicken and Double Crunch Shrimp came without a side.
Boomer is an outstanding waiter! His customer service is exceptional!
