My daughter and I went in today around 5:30 pm. With a completely shattered heart after receiving some devastating news. As soon as we walked through the doors the hostess won’t try to spell her name) she was just amazing! She had us laughing from the start. She sat us in the section with Anthony. The best server we ever had. He was hilarious,kind, very diligent could not ask for a better server. They both truly raised my spirits. To top it off the food was excellent and the manager a very nice gentleman. Definitely recommend the New Castle Apple Bees!! You do not receive service like the two provided in many places. Thank you two for making me laugh and smile!
was able to have a post-birthday celebration, was low key but JAMIE made it sooo special!!! i turned 40 and haha wasnt happy about it she was such an amazing bartender! so funny and professional made me feel so special even tho it was just an after work thing, shes incredible! makes great drinks and has an amazing personality and work ethic!! so thankful she made my birthday special!!
