Aquarium - Reservar una mesa

After receiving the card for rating this restaurant “Our mission is making you happy”we really have to laugh out loud. It did not work!!! As in many ratings before, the service is poor. Not because of the nice waitress but because of those who are in charge. We ordered see bass with salt crust. The fish was excellent, really. But the side dishes potatoes and ratatouille became cold while waiting filleting the fish. And for two people, you should not be hungry. Ok, this not the reason for this bad rating. I ordered additional potatoes which we would have paid naturally. Unfortunately the potatoes came after clearing the plates. This can happen. Now our complaint. After seeing our disappointment we were ignored completely. No excuse or actually any word was addressed to us. Like “ head in the sand” Acting professionally is different. After complaining really nicely there was a little excuse and then again we were ignored completely. If want only good food then go. The dish was partly really good. If you want also treated nicely, maybe you go to another restaurant

We visited this restaurant twice on our visit to the local area. Firstly…the food is really really nice, couldn’t fault it at all. Lovely fresh fish, amazing paella. What we were disappointed about was the management/supervisors (we assume). On our first visit we asked if they would do a small portion of salmon for our child and they said no…I’m not sure why, but in a restaurant where they make lots of fish…we were a bit disappointed. Completely happy to pay, but it was a no. The second time, there was lots of confusion over the bills. They were asking us to double check what we had, then disappearing every few minutes to check on the table status. The serving staff were wonderful. The restaurant is clearly very busy, which is great, but they need more serving staff (particularly at the weekend).

La comida es buena, pero no es excelente, pedimos una paella de pescado y marisco, era comible, pero no lo que esperas a el plato, las tiras de Sepia, bastante duras aunque sabrosas, las bebidas y cafés muy por encima de lo que sería un precio normal de restaurant

Great spot, good service, excellent food. Fresh fish, super paella. Staff good lovely location on the harbour.

Gran calidad en la comida y servicio. Especialmente destacar a Sebastian el maitre. La paella esta excelente.
